Viles Arboretum, an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is proud to announce the installation of new conferencing equipment in their three rental spaces. The Arboretum's 224-acre botanical garden, located in Maine's Capital City, offers miles of trails, a rotating suite of programs and events, a full-service visitor center, and a variety of habitats home to flora and fauna of statewide importance.
The upgraded rental spaces, detailed on the Viles Arboretum website, now feature large TVs with full audio/visual capability for hybrid meetings. This enhancement allows event organizers to seamlessly host meetings, workshops, and presentations, both in-person and virtually. The installation is being completed by Technology Solutions of Maine.
Ryan Martin, Executive Director at Viles Arboretum, expressed enthusiasm about the new conferencing equipment, stating, "We're excited to offer our community and visitors an even more engaging and interactive event experience. The new technology allows us to better serve the needs of our guests and supports our mission of fostering education, recreation, and inspiration through the beauty of nature."
